Each Pharmasave Atlantic store is independently owned and operated under license. This Privacy Policy does not apply to independent Pharmasave Atlantic stores or to regional Pharmasave Atlantic licensors. Consent given at a Pharmasave Atlantic store pertains to your personal information given at that store. From time to time, Pharmasave Atlantic stores participate in nationally managed promotions or programs (such as our eCare program) and personal information may be transferred to our regional Pharmasave Atlantic licensors, in which case this Privacy Policy will apply to the information transferred. For information about any store's policy about personal information pertaining to you, including information collected through a store's website, kindly contact that store directly.

Retention of personal information:

We retain personal information for up to seven years. That is the period of time required by legislation for the retention of pharmaceutical records. After that time it will be made anonymous or destroyed unless you further consent to its continued retention.
